Roy Adams, principal of MyBizBroker, has been working with main street small businesses in north Texas for twenty three years. One of the earliest members of the Texas Association of Business Brokers, he has assisted in the transfer of over one hundred and eighty business entities.

His extensive experience is augmented with the most modern practices obtained from industry education including: Analyzing and Recasting Financial Statements, Principles and Ethics of Business Brokerage, Legal Aspects of Business Brokerage, Introduction to Business Valuation, Valuation for Small and Medium Size Businesses and Tax Issues of General Business Brokerage; the first class accepted by the Texas Real Estate Commission related to business brokerage.

Roy is a member of the International Association of Business Brokers, Texas Association of Business Brokers D/FW chapter, National and Texas Associations of Realtors.
